- Working with Four Aims of Life
This all-day immersion with Kat is geared toward overall personal development and health. Addressing four major goals of life, or “the Four Aims,” helps us define a balanced approach to Health, Relationships, Work and Spirit. These Four Aims of Life were considered by Vedic culture (pre-India, as we know it today) to be foundational keystones to living a happy, meaningful life.
Join Kat for this unique and integrative experience, a workshop that balances cognitive understanding of the Four Aims with practical applications. We will learn practice tools from mindfulness, the eight limbs of yoga, somatic psychology, and relational attunement to understand what it takes for YOU to create a truly healthy life.
Discover or redefine your needs and desires around what your healthy life looks like. Consider a balanced approach to wealth and career; enriching, committed relationships; reachable goals around diet, exercise and substance use; and progress on the spiritual journey. Includes gentle yoga, energy and breath awareness, somatic focusing, journaling, group discussion and contemplative techniques. Handouts provided, with the opportunity for checking back in as a group to keep on track.
