Fees & Schedule

 Update August, 2024:

I am seeing clients in-person and via Telehealth options (Zoom or FaceTime, both of which are HIPAA compliant), as well as over the phone.  Please contact me by text or phone at 206-650-7449, or email kat@fouraims.com, for any additional questions or updates.

My new hours are:
Tuesdays 11 am-7 pm
Wednesdays 10 am-6 pm
Thursdays 11 am-7 pm
Fridays 11 am-5 pm

Fees

I see clients for 50 minute hours, with options of 50, 65, and 80 minutes.  Couples and family intakes are either 65 or 80 minute sessions, which most couples continue, as the extra time is most helpful.  The fees range from $160-$270, taxes included.

Individual: $160 for 50 minutes
Couples and families: $180 for 50 minutes
Couples intakes:  $225 for 65 minutes; $270 for 80 minutes

30 minute individual consult $80

For those who’d like to speak with me to see if we are a good fit, I can offer a 10-15 minute phone consultation free of charge if my schedule permits.

For those who are interested in a sliding scale, please look below.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay 100% of the session.

Insurance

While I do not bill any insurance company directly for counseling or yoga therapy, services may be covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your out-of-network coverage under your mental health plan.  This means that while you do pay me directly when services are rendered, you may be eligible to receive a reimbursement (of usually 40-70%).

Payment Options

Forms of payment include cash, personal check, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal and debit/credit cards through Square (with additional fee).  Payment is expected at the time of service, or prior to it.

Reduced Fees for individual clients only: Sliding scale option is available on a limited basis for those in need.  Agreements are arranged in person, and cover a 3 month period.  The reduced rate is meant to benefit those who need regular therapy, and truly cannot afford to do so without some help.
