This all-day immersion with Kat, WAKING UP! Mindfulness & Yoga for Health, Relationships, Work and Spirit, is geared toward personal and relational development by addressing four major goals of life, or the “Four Aims.”
We will utilize practice tools from mindfulness, yoga philosophy and practice, somatic psychology and family systems therapy to dive deeply into one’s needs and desires around–and what it takes to develop–a healthy lifestyle, a balanced approach to wealth and career, enriching, committed relationships and progress on the spiritual journey. Includes a mindful approach to gentle yoga and movement, energy and breath awareness, somatic focusing, journaling, group discussion and various contemplative techniques. Join Kat for this unique, integrative, and edifying experience, with the opportunity for checking back in as a group to keep on track.
